This tour package is intended for visitors who have the luxury of time like you, so you can fully savor the beauty, from ridge to reef, of Bucas Grande Island. It includes four (4) days and three (3) nights of full island life experience.

The guests shall stay for two (2) nights at the Sohoton Bay Resort with the sand at its beach front comparable, if not finer, than that of the popular Boracay Island. It is owned and managed by the Island Vacation Travel and Tours situated at the powdery-white Puting Bato Beach within the vicinity of the Sohoton Cove. Modesty aside, the resort is the first of its kind in the entire Sohoton Bay area having a strong cellular signal and excellent globe mobile internet connectivity. On the third night, guests shall be billeted at the upland Grande Eco-Park Resort in Barangay Del Pilar near the Kapihan Nature and Adventure Park (KNAP).

The morning of the first day of the travel itinerary is devoted for travel time from any city of origin within the country to the Sohoton Bay Resort within the Sohoton Bay Area in Bucas Grande Island, Socorro, Surigao del Norte, Philippines.In the afternoon of the same day and in the morning of the ensuing day, you shall savor the beauty of the world-famous Sohoton Cove, a secluded place in the southeastern coast of Bucas Grande Island, dubbed by local and foreign tourists as “El Nido, Coron and Underground River in Palawan combined.” The Tour Manager shall see to it that the visitors can have first-hand encounter and enjoy the exhilarating experience while in the cove as they go swimming at the Hagukan Cave; enjoy rock climbing and adventure diving at Magkukuob Cave; go boating and have an encounter with the non-stingy Jellyfish; have delight in the serenity of the Tiktikan Lagoon and have fun caving at the Bolitas and Crystal/Tundan Caves.

By the afternoon of the second day, you shall be ushered for plunge pool swimming at the seaside Magkahuyog Falls or the Kanlanuk Falls located in the western part of Bucas Grande Island.

The dainty but attractive Kanlanuk Falls- a favorite haven for waterfalls revelers especially during hot summer months.

On the third day, you shall have a walk through of the 1924 Colorum Uprising in Bucas Grande when the islanders decided to fight against the government under the American Regime and visit the battle site and soldiers shrine in Barangay Pamosaingan. Thereafter, you shall be ushered to the Kapihan Nature and Adventure Park (KNAP) which is the highest peak of Bucas Grande Island and enjoy the 360-degree view of the surrounding land/seascapes, do wire flying and experience sunset watching. Capping the day would be the natural pool swimming at the Grande Eco-Park Resort.

Before you shall travel back home on the 4th day, you shall visit the Socorro Public Swimming Pool at Sitio Tugop in Barangay Taruc, have a walk through of the 30-day Annual Bayanihan Tradition widely practiced by the Bucas Grande Islanders until nowadays and enjoy beach basking at the Puyangi White Beach situated 1.2 kilometers from the Socorro town center.

1:46-4:15 PM: Sohoton Eco-Adventure Tour (Part 1)
Ride pump boat and pass through the Sohoton Cave, a 40-meter entrance to the 60-hectare Sohoton Cove. While inside the cove, admire the sight of the seven group of islets of almost identical size resembling that of floating dish gardens adorned alongside azure waterways. Enjoy the spectacular, scenic and sometimes colorful rock formations carved through weathering and erosion that sculpted the lime stones into magnificent forms. Experience swimming at the luminous green waters inside the Hagukan (Snoring) Cave and enjoy rock climbing and cliff jumping at the Magkukuob (Bending) Cave. Swim and mingle with the smack of Spotted Jelly or Lagoon Jelly (Mastigias papua) whose stings are too mild to feel, hence, often referred to as non-stinging jellyfish.
